Let’s make this as simple as possible
LET’S MEET
It’s so important that you find the right celebrant. So let’s meet over a coffee or a wine, or if your situation requires, online is possible, too! We will discuss how you want to make your ceremony completely you. I will want to learn what makes you guys tick as a couple and what you envision for your special day. At that meeting, I will answer any questions that you may have, go through how a ceremony may look, the legal parts and optional parts such as readings or additional ceremonies. I will also share how I gather good information and the boring information that I will need to help personalise your wedding. Book straight away, or go away and think about it. You can get in touch with me to confirm your booking.
CREATING YOUR CEREMONY
I will provide you with resources, readings, vows, rituals via email for you to look at and make choices on. However, I am open to any new ideas that reflect you as a couple, or if you are thinking of something that is a bit out of the box, let’s talk about it!
3 months out from your wedding I will send you reminders to fill out your Notice of Intended Marriage and fill our your Couple Questionnaire.
Please send through your vows on the Wednesday prior to your wedding.
I will be available via phone or email for any other questions or discussions that we need to have during the process. I will flick copies of your ceremony your way as we work on crafting your ceremony to its utter perfection.
REHEARSAL
Rehearsals are optional. They are a good idea if you’d like to ease the nerves prior to the day, or if you have little people involved in the ceremony. Let’s work together to find a suitable time.
THE BIG DAY
On the day I will be there to remind you to breathe, smile, and be in the moment. I will engage your family and friends and most importantly you, by presenting our personally-crafted ceremony in a fun, friendly and personable way. I will dress appropriately for the style of your wedding and ensure that all legal paperwork is completed accurately.
So that all of your guests can hear, I will provide a professional portable PA system with microphone and device connectivity. You will also receive your ceremony beautifully bound as a keepsake of your special day.
AFTERWARDS
I will ensure the correct paperwork is lodged with Births, Deaths and Marriages. Once your marriage is registered you will receive the certificate that you ordered in the mail.
I always love receiving photos from your Big Day. The bonus is if you leave me a Testimonial on FB or Google. Thank you in advance!
